Making sure that valuable documents are stored safely is crucial to some businesses. In many cases, valuable intellectual property such as blueprints and designs found in paper documents are of more importance and value to an organization than actual physical property.
As per 2018´s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws in the EU, businesses handling personal information are obliged to secure documents, prevent breach or theft. A document safe can offer protection to this information from both theft or a destructing fire.

At temperatures above 170°C paper starts to ignite. Therefore, a fire document safe ensures that the temperature inside the strongbox only reaches a maximum of 150°C. Insulated walls filled with fire retardant materials make this possible. Our insurance-approved safes prove an ideal solution to store passports, tax records, birth certificates, patents, and classified designs or blueprints.
Our safes includes a range of burglary and fire protection levels, different sizes with capacity for up to 75 binders, several exterior colors, and accessories like shelves and drawers for better organization. Additionally, safes can be supplied with various high-security locks including key locks, electronic code and fingerprint locks. Some code locks offer additional features like alarm connection, multiple user codes, or audit functions.
Depending on the customer's needs, we offer installation and bolting services for fixing either to the wall or to the floor.
