Having a secure way of storing valuables has become a necessity to prevent the loss of important documents, jewelry, cash or even prevent an accident from unauthorized weapon use. In a home safe, important documents such as passports, bonds and certificates can be protected from theft or even fire.
Our range of business and commercial safes is even more extensive with models that cater to any industry and their needs to secure a wide range of objects from documents and media to chemicals to firearms to cash and precious metals from both fire and burglary in specialized products.

|Resistance to fire is tested according to European Standards. Safes can have certified fire protection for 30 min, 60 min, 90 min. or 120 min. The red icons indicate fire certification.|
At SafeGear, we take pride in the vast catalog of safes available. This means that we are sure to find the right product that matches your needs by offering different accessories, sizes, colors, and a wide range of burglary and fire protection levels. Additionally, safes can be supplied with various high-security lock types secured either by a key or electronic code. Some code locks offer additional features like alarms, several codes, or audit functions.
SafeGear’s product range consists of different safes, such as fire safes, filing safes, data safes, computer safes, deposit safes, key safes, gun safes, hotel safes or pharmaceutical safes.
Our safes are tested by independent safety institutions, including the VdS in Germany, The European Certification Board, SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden and UL Underwriters Laboratories to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Moreover, most of our safes are rated for insurance from burglary and fire up to a specific cash value.
A low-quality safe gives poor security and makes it easier for burglars to rob your valuables. Therefore, consider buying a tested safe which secures your irreplaceable belongings.
Factors like the safe´s material, lock, thickness of its walls, and type bolts affect the result of this test and in consequence, lead to what it can be used for. Naturally, a higher security grade will mean a more robust and resistant safe but also one that is heavier and therefore harder to remove by thieves. Safes that are lightweight must be anchored while for those weighing upwards of 800 kg it is not necessary. Often, insurance companies require a minimum grade that must be met depending on what it is used for. Note that not all safety boxes are burglary tested.
Fire protection is particularly useful for important documents like passports, bonds, tax returns or even data on hard drives. Once again, the level of resistance to fire goes from 30 min to 60 min to 90 min or even up to 120 min. of protection. A distinction is made for storing data since electronics are more sensitive to heat and fire than paper.
